The New Leadership
The market is flooded with "novel" ideas about leadership, including an unprecedented level of indecipherable jargon. Despite these many competing claims, there are few authentic approaches to leadership. Executives seeking to stretch themselves as leaders need reliable resources, practical guidance and specific methods for honing these essential skills. To grow and develop, the gift of leadership requires continuous cultivation.
This five-day program in two parts helps participants develop a highly individualized approach to the practice of the new leadership. Self-exploration is facilitated through journaling, peer consulting, reading, tutorials and discussion.
